The picture shows the last desk we ever made, called "The Chelsea Range" This was to be used in our new studio, when the lease on the studio in Old Church Street, Chelsea, expired. However, we could neither extend the lease or buy the freehold at a price that we could afford - or that would have made commercial sense. John Wood did take some of the mic amp/EQ units with him when, after 1974 when our studio closed, to other studios where he was recording.
The mic/line amps were still the same design from 1964, except we had found better output transistors. I still have one of these units, and will publish pictures of it in due course.
The desk, and a full set of spares, finished up somewhere in the south of France!
Our last desk!
